Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment is received and acknowledged by Jalaparva. Seats are subject to availability until confirmation is completed.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact and travel information at the time of booking.

For validation and booking purposes, travelers may be required to provide identity details or one supporting document, including PAN card details or voter ID details, wherever necessary for confirmation or trip operations.

Payments

Trip pricing, advance amounts, and payment deadlines may vary by experience. Full payment must be completed within the timeline shared for the selected trip.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeline may result in cancellation of the booking without guaranteed seat retention.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the trip and the time of cancellation. Any refund, rescheduling, or transfer is subject to the specific policy shared for that trip at the time of booking.

Jalaparva reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or inclusions when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, operational limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Participant Responsibility

Travelers are expected to follow trip instructions, safety guidelines, reporting times, and conduct standards communicated by the Jalaparva team.

Any participant whose behavior affects the safety, comfort, or experience of the group may be removed from the trip without refund.

Health and Safety

Participants should ensure they are medically fit for the chosen activity or trip. It is the traveler’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions before departure.

Adventure and outdoor travel may involve inherent risks. By joining a trip, participants acknowledge and accept those risks.
